The repertoire consists of more than 500 systematic mat, equipment, and small prop exercises that focus on strength and stability. Pilates is appropriate for all body-types and fitness levels. Recognized internationally for its quality and training excellence, Heather achieved her certification after three years of training and internship and has been teaching for 20 years.
